SECTION 1. That Lots 10, 11, and 12, Block 4, Jansen's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1101 -05 -09 Lewis Street,. -
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the
terms of Zonin- Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of yard space require-
ments is hereby rranted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of Lots 10, 11, and 12, Block 4j Jansen's
Addition to the Cit7r of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being, in
"F" Commercial district and with yard space requirements waived as
provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
