AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING FRONT YA_tD SPACE RE QUIR^ ja -,,TS
ON LOTS 10, 11, AND 12, BLOCK 223, ORIGIP?AL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, A1TETJDI TG (RDITTANCE NO. 5420 AS At• MDED, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE, CITY COTPJCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 10, 11, and 12, Block 223, Original
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1100 -1104 -1108 Gaines Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two- Family District under the
terms of Zonin^, Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of front yard space
requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning; clap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lots 10, 11, and 12, Block 223, Original
City of Little 'Lock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in 'IF" Commercial
District and with front yard space requirements waived as Arovided in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
