SECTIOAI 1. That the ?Jest 70' of Lots 6, 7, anti 8, Block 15,
B,. C. I3utler's Addition to the City of Tittle ?'.ock, Arkansas, being
3822 Asher Avenue, heretofore classified and zoned a.,, "F" Commercial
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance Ito. 5420, is hereby
rezoned and reclassified and the s une is ho-•eby declared to be in
"H" Business 7'istrict under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SI]ICTIOIT 2. That Ordinance Ido. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said olest 70' of Lots 6, 7, and
8. Block 15, r. C. nutler's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be here-
after known and classified as being in the " " T. Business District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
