PURPOSESS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIr CITY COU'CIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARMUTSAS:
SECTION 1. That the North 87.7 feet of Lots 2 and 3, Block 1,
Riffel F_ Holden Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
Southeast corner 28th & Lewis Streets, heretofore classified and zoned
as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning~ Ordinance T`o. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is herebTr declared to
be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 52,20 and the Zoning 'lap thereto
• attached and made a hart thereof, are hereb,r an -ended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said North 87.7 feet of Lots 2 and
3, Block 1, Riffel °: Holden Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said nronerty to be here-
after known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
