SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the yard space

on one lot as established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it affects property
at 2903 Jest 24th Street, described as Lots 1 and 2. Block 3, Gallaghers
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Ar'cansas are hereby waived.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning, r ~:ap attached thereto
and made a hart thereof are hereby amended to conform to the provisions
of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
