AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND AWARD A LEASE FOR THE RENTAL OF THE
MUNICIPAL HANGICR AT THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARSANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for, and award a lease for the
rental of the Municipal Hangar at the Little Rock Municipal Airport,

... = *ith the successful bidder under the following conditions:
s'rent to be received for such hangar shall not be less than
)60,00 per month.
(b) The tenant shall maintain a minimum of three hangar attendants
during all daylight hours each day, including Sundays and Holidays.
(a) Have in full force and effect property insurance and public
liability covering planes actually in storage.
(d) Make storage charges which are in accordance with existing ordi-
nances.
(e) The rental agreement shall be subject to cancellation by the
tenant or the City of Little Rock upon 60 days notice.
SECTION 3• All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and offset from and after its passage and approval.
