SECTION ARKA1,
1. That 0. W.Hogue, the owner of property located
at 502 State Street and described as the East 93 3/4 Feet of
Lots 11 and 12 of Block 225 of the Original City of Little
Rock, 9Vkansas is hereby granted a franchise t o construct a
stairway on. the east side of said property,
which said stairway will
extend 6rfe foot upon city property.
SECTIo!": 2. The stairway plans shall be approved b-,- the
City En'9 ,irieer and nude to conform to existing building regula-
tins.
SECTIO17 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict here,.,jith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect front and after its passage and
approval.
