AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $2,050.14 FRON TIZ
ROAD AND AUTOMOBILE FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO BE
PAID TO D. F. JONES CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, AND FOR OTHER
PURF OSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF Tb-Z CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby, appropriated from the Road and Automobile
Fund the sum of $2,050.14 to be paid to D. F. Jones Construction Company.
This account is in Hall payment of the City's share of the cost of
additional rook and black topping of the extension on the East Roosevelt
Road overpass.
SECTION 2, The proper city officials are hereby authorized and dir-
ected to execute such instruments as may be necessary in order to carry
out the provisions of this ordinance.

SECTION 3, This ordinance repeals Ordinance No. 8375 passed July 10,
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
