PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDA`MT D BY `" iJ CITY COUIICIL OF THE CITY OF LT77LE ROCK, AITUINSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 14, Block 2, Beach's A6lition to the City
of Little Rock, Ar'_tansas, being 109 South Valentine Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance TIo. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two — Family District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of front yard space
requirements is hereby -ranted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance T,in. 5420 and the Zoning? Map thereto
attached and -iade a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoninu of Lot 14, Block 2, Beach's Addition
to the City of Little Iiock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof;
said property to be hereafter known and classified as bein in "C" I-
Two—Family
District and with ftont yard space requirements waived as
provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That tr)is ordinance shill take effect and be in
force from and after its passa:-e.
