WnMRUS,, parties claiming to be the owners of more than
two thirds in assessed value of the real property located within the
territory hereinafter described have filed a petition praying that
an 1up"vmant district be established for the purposes hereinafter
not out; and

Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, bas heard all the parties
desiring to be hoard, and bas ascertained that said petition was
signed by more than two - thirds in assessed value of the owners of
real property within said territory;
NOW, TMGWOFX9 BE IT aMMINSD by the City Council of
the City of Little Rook, Arkansas:
Section 1• There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the followbW property in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, to -wit:
Beginning at the Northeast o.er of Lot 4, Block 1, Metropolitan
Addition to the City of Little Book; thence Amth to the Southeast
corner of Lot 9, Block 2 of said Addition, thence Southwest to the
Northeast corner of Lot'100 Block 2, Busbmsyer's Addition to said
City; thence South to the Southeast corner of LoV4 of said mock 2;
thence last to a point 165 feet Bast of the West line of the nj�f
Section 7, Township 1 North, Range 12 best; thence South to a Point
on the North line of West lighteenth Street 165 feet east of the
West line of said M*; thence Saathwest to the Northeast corner

thence South to the Southeast corner of Lot 10 of said Block; thence
South to a point 30 feet South and 132 feet east of the Center of
