AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE

FILMORE STREET FROM THE
SOUTH
SIDE OF THE
PREShWT
PAVEMENT ON HIGHWAY NO.
10 (CANTRELL ROAD
OR 'fQ"
STREET) TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY
LINE OF "P"
STREET
(PERRY STREET), AND FOR
OTHER
PURPOSES,
WMUtEAS, the curb returns on Cantrell Road or Highway
No. 10 turning south into Filmore Street are established and
constructed at a width of twentyseven (27) feet and
WH&REAS, Filmore Street north of Cantrell Road or
Highway No. 10 and other streets in the vicinity are constructed
at a width of twenty -seven (27) feet;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINhij by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That the width of pavement on Filmore
Street from the south side of the present pavement on Highway
No. 10 (Cantrell Road or "Q" Street) to the Tvorth boundary line
of "P" Street (Perry Street) be and the same is hereby fixed and
established at twenty -seven (27) feet.
Section 29 rebat all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and that this ordinance
shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage.
