AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $197.50 TO
PAY THE CITY'S SHARE OF THE COST OF A RADIO RECEIVER
AND TRANSMITTER TO BE USED JOINTLY BY THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, THE CITY OF NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AND
PULASKI COUNTY IN THE HOMICIDE SQUAD, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF. LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Them is hereby. appropriated the sum of $197.50
from the General..Fun* of the City of Little Rock to pay the
City's share of the gtost of a radio receiver and transmitter

to be used jointly b the City of Little Rock, the City of
North Little Rock, Pulaski. County in the Hoadcide Squad.
SECTION 2. . The per, city officals are hereby author-
ized and directed t6 execute such instruments as may be nec-
essary in order to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed ,and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
