AN ORDINANCE WAIVING LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS ON
PROPERTY AT THE INTERSECTION OF WEST 27TH AND PINE STREETS,
DESCRIBED AS LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 15, R. C. BUTLER'S ADDITION;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8393; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420,
AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

___ ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and yard space
requirements on property at the intersection of West 27th and
Pine Streets, described as Lots 7 and 8, Block 15, R. C. Butlers
Addition, heretofore reclassified by Ordinance No. 8393, are
hereby waived.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 8393, passed July 24, 1950,
d Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 and the map thereto attached and
apart thereto; .are hereby amended to conform to the pro -
visions of Section 1 hereof.
b SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
�*} force from and after its passage.
