BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and direct_edAo advertise take bids for, and purchase 400 feet
