AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $450.00 FROM
THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO PAY
THE EXPENSES OF THE MAYOR AhTD THE DIRECTOR OF
CIVILIAN DEFENSE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR A
TRIP TO WASHINGTON, D. C. TO ATTEND A CONFERENCE OF
MAYORS AND DIRECTORS PERTAINING TO CIVILIAN DEFENSE,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the general
fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of $450.00 to pay the
expenses of the Mayor and Director of Civilian Defense of the
City Of Little Rock in attending a conference of Mayors and
Directors pertaining to Civilian Defense.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute such instruments as may be
necessary in order to carry out the provisions of this ordin-
ance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances pnd parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
