AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE,
TAKE BIDS FOR, AND TO PURCHASE A BURNER
AND COMBUSTION CHAMBER TO BE USED AT
ASPHALT PLANT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby authorized and directed to

advertise, take bids for, and to purchase One Gas Burner
and Combustion Chamber for use at the asphalt plant.
SECTION 2. The cost of the said burner and
combustion chamber shall not exceed the sum of One Thousand
Dollars ($1,000.00).
