AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO ENTER INTO
A CONTRACT WITH A SUITABLE REAL ESTATE
FIRM AND /OR PERSON TO MAKE THE APPRAISAL
OF THE LAND TO BE ACQUIRED IN THE
-- EXTENSION OF THE NE SW RUNWAY OF THE
AIRPORT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF';LITTLE�ROCji, ARKAXSA9:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affair's of the C ity
of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby authorized and dir,�cteO,

to enter into a contract on behalf "cif the City with some
suitable real estate firm and /or peroon for~the appraisal Qf
the land to be acquired in the extension of the n SW runway
at the airport.
SECTION 2.. The cost of the services to /performed
k, as authorized herein shall not exceed the sum of One Thousand
Dollars ($1,000.00).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
