AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 3939 of the Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended to per-
mit the pavement of Newton Street from Kavanaugh Street one
and one -half blocks north at a width of 30 feet.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
