AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 2, BLOCK 23, PULASKI HEIGHTS ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 2, Block 23, Pulaski Heights Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 519 North Palm Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "A" One — Family District under the terms of buff.'
Ordinance No. 51+20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "C" Two Family District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51+20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification dnd rezoning of the said Lot 2, Block 23, Pulaski Heights
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "CO Two Family District,
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
