AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING Wr 61, BLOCK 131, BOWMAN'S ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 6, Block 13, Bowman's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2923 Welfe Street, heretofore classified
"l" Residence Distriet seder the terms of Zoning OrdIUMMS
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "C" Two — Family District under the terns of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 6, Block 13, Bowman's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "C* Two Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
