AN ORDINANCE AYEYDING SECTION ONE OF
ORDINANCE NO. 8460, PASSED SEPTEMBER
25, 1950, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE_IT ORDAINED BY TFLE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECT.TOY 1. That portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No.
8460, passed September 25, 1950, is hereby amended to read:
That those employees of the City who have completed
six (6) months of continuous service with the Citir and there-
after enter the Armed Forces of the United States shall receive
pay at the usual monthly rate for a period of 6ne —h&jf ; Mohth
after relinquishing his duties with the City.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
