AN ORDINANCE CREATING AN ADDITIONAL POSITION OF
FEAT INSPECTOR IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ESTAB-
LISHING THE SALARY THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. An additional position of meat inspector is
hereby created in the Health Department of the City of Little
Rock, and the person selected to fill such position shall be
paid the sum of $215.00 per month and shall be paid from such
funds as are other persons in the Meat Inspection Division of
the Health Department of the City of Little Rook, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The person who shall fill this position
shall be selected by the Civil Service Commission of the City
of Little Rock as is provided by law, and such person shall
perform such duties as may be assigned to him by the City Health
Officer of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and ap-
proval.
