AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AM-;NDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSESP •
BE IT ORDAINED BY TH7, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 1, Plock 150, Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, being 401 -417 East Capitol Street, heretofore classified and
zoned as "D" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified anal the same is hereby de-
clared to be in "F" Commercial district under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance, and a waiver of yard space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 542' and the Zoninf,iMap thereto
attached and made a cart thereof, are hereby amenc.ed to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of Lot 1, >lock 150, Original City of Little
:Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said prorerty to be
hereafter known and classified as being in "F" Commercial District and
with yard space requirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
