ORDINANCE NO. 8519.
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS, AMID
GRANTING PERMISSION TO MAINTAIN TWO BUILDINGS ON ONE LOT ON PROPERTY
AT 2923 WEST 14TH STREET, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AS AMENDED, AMID
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the West one -half of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1,
C & P Johnson's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Irkansas, being
2923 West 14th Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two-Family
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of yard
space requirements is hereby granted, and permission is granted to main-
tain two buildings on one lot.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 51;20 and the zoning map attached thereto
and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the provisions
of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
