WORTHENIS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASi AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 51+20 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES t- BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Lot 6, Block 14, W. B. Worthen's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1523 Cedar Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two Family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of front yard space requirements is hereby granted. SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re- classification and rezoning of Lot 6, Bloch 14, W. B. Worthen's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in "CO Two - Family District and with front yard space requirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
