AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOP 4, BLOCK 16, JONES & WORTHEN ADDITION
ZO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED, AN-) FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 4, Block 16, Jones & Worthen Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 3413 -3415 West *12th Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two-Family District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Ma.p thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lot 4, Block 16, Jones & Worthen
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "C" Two Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
