AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WANING FRONT AND SIDE YARD SPACE
REQUIREMENTS ON LOTS 9, 10, 11, AND 122 TRAPNELL BLOCK, STEVENSON
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES #,#
BE IT ORDAINID BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 9, 10, 11, and 12, Trapnell Blocks Stevenson
Addition to.the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 419 -421 East Capitol
Avenue, heretofore classified and zoned as "E" Apartment District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of front and side yard
space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of Lots 9, 10, 11, and 12, Trapnell Block,
Stevenson Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being in "F" Commercial District and with front and side yard space re-
quirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
