BS IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASt
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements 'as established by '
Ovdinanoo No. 5420 as it affects
property at 4315 -19 West 19th-aUi
4314-18 West 20th Streets, described as Lots 4 and 5, Block 263, S. J.
Johnson Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas are hereby waived
and permission is granted to replat the two lots into four lots.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the
provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance,
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
