AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE RE-
QUIREMENTS, AND GRANTING PERMISSION TO MAINTAIN THREE BUILDINGS ON
ONE LOT ON PROPERTY AT 1021 WEST 2ND STREET, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the West 501 of Lots 1,2, and 3, Block 258,
Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1021 West 2nd Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "D" Apartment District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of lot area and yard space require-
ments is hereby granted, and permission is granted to maintain three
buildings on one lot.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached thereto
and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the provisions
of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
