SECTIOK 1. Paragraph 3 of Section 1 -C of Ordinance I14-o. 7525
is hereby amended to reed as folloirs :
"Provided in lieu of the above fees any person, fire, or

SECTION, 2. x:11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict -herewith are hereby repealed, and unless the provisions
of this ordinance are placed into effect immediately the safety
of the citizens of the City% of Little Rock, Arlmnsas, will be
adversely affected, therefore an emergency is hereby declared to
exist and this ordinance will be in effect from and after its
passage and approval.
