AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIREC`1'ING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE CERTAIN SUPPLIES FOR
THE MUNICIPAL COURT AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for and purchase two Judges
Dockets and fifteen judgment dockets. The total coat of such
supplies shall not exceed the sum of $1,000.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
