AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE POSITION OF TYPHUS
CONTROL DIRECTOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The position of Typhus Control Director
of the City of Little Rock , Arkansas, is hereby abolished,
together with the expense account set up therefor.
SECTION 2. All duties heretofore performed by the
Typhus Control Director are hereby placed under the direc-
tion of the City Healtjz Officer.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTIO_d 4. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after January 15, 1951.
