AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND
PURCHASE A PICKUP TRUCK FOR USE IN THE BUILDING

ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER-PURPOSES.

SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase a pickup truck for use in the Building Maintenance
Department of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The cost of such pickup truck shall
not exceed the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
(01,500.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
