AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUDLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND
PURCHASE ONE (1) PICKUP TRUCK FOR USE BY THE
REPAIR DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES..
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE

-- ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase one (1) pickup truck for use by the Repair Depart-
ment of the City of Little Rock, .,Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The cost of such pickup truck, with
trade -in allowances of one (1) used 1930 Ford roadster,
City No. X -93, shall not exceed the sim of bSe Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
