AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND
PURCHASE ONE ONE -HALF (2) TON PICKUP TRUCK FOR USE
BY THE CITY POUND DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LIT`1LE
ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
_ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE

{ ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase a one -half (2) ton pickup truck for use by the
City Pound Department of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The cost of such pickup truck, with
trade -in allowances of one used 1947 one -half (2) ton
Chevrolet panel truck, shall not exceed the sum of Nine
Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($950-00)-
SECTION 3. All ordinances or p arts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
! shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
