ORDINANCE N0. 8=
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE WEST 70 FEET OF LOTS FOUR, FIVE, AND
SIY,(4, 5, and 6), BLOCK 1349 ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCS, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
SECTION 1. That the west 70 feet of Lots Four, Five, and Six,
(41 5, and 6), Block 134, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being the northeast corner of Third and State Streets,haretofore
classified and zoned as "D" Apartment District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 51;20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part - thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said west 70 feet of Lots Four,
Five and Six,(4, 5, and 6), Block 134, Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
