AN ORDINANCE RECIASSMING LOT SIX (6), BLOCK NINEMEN (19), JONES
AND WORTHEN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, A.RMLSAS, AMMING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AS ANENIED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY couNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKLNSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot Sic6„Blook N, sen (19), Jones and
x
Worthen Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
3421-23 West 13th Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B"
Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared
to be in "C" Two Family District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot Six (6), Block Nineteen
(19), Jones and Worthen Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
