AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVI ER TI SE, TAKE
BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE ONE GARBAGE TRUCK WITH
PACKER BED AND ONE PASSENGER CAR FOR USE BY
THE GARBAGE AND SANITATION DEPARTMENT, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 19 The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
one garbage truck with 15 -yard packer type bed and one passenger
car for use in the Garbage and Sanitation Department of the City of
Little Rock. Said bids will include one garbage truck and one
passenger car that are to be traded in as part of the purchase
price.
SECTION 2. The purchase price for this equipment shall
not exceed the sum of Vt400.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from a4d after,' tts `
