AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 2921, 30012 3003, and 3005 ARCH STREET
IN THE CITY OF LIT`?'LE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the property at 2921 Arch Street, described as
part NW, SW, NE, Section 15, Township 1 north, range 12, aerial acre one

= 55 x 1601;
3001 Arch Street, described as part of the southwest quarter of the
northeast quarter of Section 15, Township 1 north, range 12 west, more
particularly described as beginning 165 feet north of the center of the
southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 15; thence west 645
feet; thence north 52.5 feet; thence east 645 feet; thence south 52.5
to the point of beginning;
3003 Arch Street, described as part of the NW',, SW4, NEIf Section
15, Township 1 north, range 12 west, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more par -
ticularly described as beginning at a point on the west line of the NW1
SW4, NE-1 110 feet thence north on said west line 55 feet; thence east 940
feet to a southeast corner of said NW4, SWT, NE-1; thence south on the
east line of said NWT, SW4, NE' 55 feet; thence west 660 feet to the point
of beginning and;
3005 Arch Street, described as part of the NWT of the NE4 of Section
15, Township 1 north, range 12 west, more particularly described as be-
ginning at the southwest corner of the NW-1 of the SW-- of the NE-41 of said
section and run thence north 110 feet; thence east 6t0 feet; thence south
110 feet to the southeast corner of the NW4 of the SWg of the NE-4 of said

heretofore classified and zoned "B" Residence District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same
is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of
said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said land situated in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be here-
after known and classified as being in the "C" Two- Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
