AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED
AND FIFTY DOLLARS (250.00) TO COMPLETE PAYMENT
ON THREE (3) THREE -WAY RADIOS FOR USE BY THE
j LITTLE ROCK FIRE DEPARTMENT V4HOSE PURCHASE HAS
BEEN AUTHORIZED IN PREVIOUS ORDINANCES, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
i$ IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum
of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for completion
of payments on the purchase price of three (3) three -way
radios for use by the Little Rock Fire Department whose
purchase has heretofore been authorized by previous
ordinances.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
