N ORDINAITCE RE FJMNG VACATING AND ABANDONING

ADDITION To THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCKS ARKANSAS.
WHEREASs a petition aras duly filed with the City Council of the
City of Little Rocks Arkansacss of the 14th day of Februarys 19519
asking the City Council to vacate and abandon all that portion of
the alley designated on the plat of Block 7 of Perry Heights Addi-
tion to the City of Little Rock, now appearing of record in P3at
Bock Is page 27 of the records of Pulaski County$ "kaa
ing at Rarylawd .Avenue (W.9th) and ending at Peat 14th street; and
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by laws the Council haes at
the time and place mentioned in the notices heard all persons de-
siring to be heard on the question and has ascertained that the
alleys hereinafter described, has heretofore been dedicated to the
public use as ea alley herein described has not been actually used

all the owners of the property abutting upon the alley to be vaeat-
ed have filed with the Council their written consent to such aban-
denment; and that public interest and welfare will not be adversely
affected by the abandoent of such alley.
Now Tf�REF C?RE� be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock$ Arkansas,:
Section 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas hereby releas",
vacarte& and abandons all its rights$ together with the rights of
the public generally, in and to the alley designated as follows:
A twelve foot wide strip running North and South through
the center of Block 7s of the Perry Heights Addition to
the City of Little Rocks Arkansas.
Section 2. A copy of this ordinance duly certified by the City
Clerk Af Little Rocks Arkaasass, shall be filed in toe office of the
Recorder of Pulaski Couatyj Arkansas$ and recorded in the Deed
E Records of Said County.
Section 39 Tbis ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
