ORDINANCE N:O. 8610
AN-ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ROSE COURTS INC. TO ERECT A
SIGN; TEN: FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF ROOSEVELT ROAD AND
BR&GG_ STREET, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE_
SECTION' 1. From and after the effective date of this
ordinance the Rose Courts Inc. is hereby authorized to erect a sign
ten feet south of the southeast corner of Roosevelt Road and Bragg
Streets,
SECTION 2. The Gity $igineer of the City of Little Rock
shall supervise the erection of such sign., and it shall be erected
in such a manner so as to not be a hazard to traffic, whether
vehicular or pedestrian.
SECTION 3. The only thing that such sign shall contain
is an arrow, the AAA insignia,.. and the name of the Rose Court in
order to provide a direction for the general public traveling upon
Roosevelt Road to said court.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance- shall- be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
