AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION
1003 OF THE BUILDING CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AS TO THE RE- CONSTRUCTION OF A
GARAGE ON LOTS 8 AND 91 BLOCK 4, KIMBALIS SOUTH
PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

SECTION 1. That Section 1003 of the Building
Code of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be waived as
to the re- construction of a garage on Lots 8 and 9,
Block 4, Kimbalts South Park Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and that the owner thereof is
hereby granted permission to re- construct a garage to
property lines at side and to within twelve (12) inches
of rear property lines of said lots.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
