AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED
TH USAND ($2000000.00) DOLLARS FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR USE IN
T ALTO FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

SECTION 1. That the sum of Two Hundred Thousand
($200,000.00) Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary,
is hereby authorized for transfer from the General Fund for
deposit in the Auto Fund of the City of Little Rock to carry on
the functions of the Street Repair Department and the Street
Cleaning Department of the City.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to issue the City?s warrant or warrants for the
purposes herein, to be drawn on the general funds payable to
and to be deposited in the Auto Fund of the City.
SECTION 3.' This ordnance shall be in full force gnd
effect from and after its passage.
