AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE SIX (6) THREE -WAY RADIOS FOR THE USE OF
THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
REPEALING ORDINANCES N0. 8589, 8596 AND 8607, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKAN SAS :
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and directed to advertise, take bids
for and purchase six (6) three -way radios for use by
the Fire Department of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The cost of the six (6) three -way
radios shall not exceed the sun of Two Thousand Seven
Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($2,750.00).
SECTION 3. Ordinances No. 8589, 8596 and
8607 and all-ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
