AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS SEPEN (7) AND EIGHT (8)0 BLACK EIGHT
(8), PF'SIFER ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5/,20 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOBES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
---OMION 1. That Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8)9 Block Bight (8);
Pfeifer Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being the
northeast corner of Markham and Van Buren Streets, heretofore classi-
fied and zoned as "Ba Residence District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same
is hereby declared to be in OF* Commercial District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51,20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8),
Block Eight (8), Pfeifer Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the aF" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
