AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING WEST FIFTY (50) FEET OF LOTS FOUR (4), FIVE (5),
AND SIX (6), BLOCK THIRTEEN (13), CAPITOL HILL EXTENSION ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the West Fifty (50) Feet of Lots Four (4),
Fire_ -Ws . and Six (6), Block Thirteen (13), Capitol Hill Extension
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2411 West 8th, 801
to 809 Thayer Streets, and 2021 Maryland Avenue, heretofore classified
and zoned as "C" Two Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared
to be in "J" Light Industrial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said West Fifty (50) Feet of Lots
Four (4), Five (5), and Six (6), Block Thirteen (13), Capitol Hill Extension
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the
"J" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
