AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE TWO (2) DUMP TRUCKS FOR THE USE OF THE
STREET DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE

SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is here-
by authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for and
purchase two (2) dump trucks for use by the Street Depart-
ment of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The cost of the two (2) dump trucks
shall not exceed the sum of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
