AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 4013 ESTABLISHING THE
FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF PAVEMENT ON STREETS
OR ALLEYS CAUSED BY CUTTING OR EXCAVATING SAIZp AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
. SECTION 1. That that part of Ordinance No. 4013 be amended

bjY striking out the figures, "one- course pavement rep aced, Four Dollars
(44.00) per square yard; two - course pavement replaced, Five Dollars
($5.00) per square yard ", and inserting the phrase, "single- course
asphalt replaced, Six Dollars ($6.00) per square yard; single- course
concrete replaced, Eight Dollars 08.00) per square yard; and two-
course concrete replaced, Nine Dollars ($9.00) per square yard".
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Unless the provisions of this
ordinance are put into effect immediately, the public peace, health
and safety of the citizens of Little Rock will be adversely affected.
Therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
