AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LUIS FIVE (5), SIX (6), SEVEN (7), AND EIGHT
(8), SOUTH TWO HUNDRED (200) FEEL' OF THE WEST ONE -HALF (2), NORTHEAST
ONE - FOURTH (4)

SEVEN (7), TOWNSHIP ONE (1) NORTH, RANGE TWELVE (12) WEST,OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5/,,.20 AS AMENDED; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), and Eight
(8), South Two Hundred (200) Feet of the West One -Half (z), Northeast
One- Fourth (4), Northwest One- Fourth (4), Northeast One Fourth (4),
Section Seven (7), Township One (1) North, Range Twelve (12) West, of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as
"B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in
"C" Two - Family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
- reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots Five (5), Six (6), Seven
(7), and Eight (8) of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
